How Do I Update My Email or Password?

Step 1: Open Account Settings

1. While logged into TypeRacer, click the ⚙️ gear icon at the top of the page.

2. This will take you to your profile settings:
   👉 Edit Profile

Step 2: Scroll to the Danger Zone

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see the Danger Zone section. From here, you’ll have the option to:

• Change your Email

• Change your Password

• Delete your Account

Step 3: Update Your Email or Password

• To change your email address:
  👉 Change Email

• To change your password:
  👉 Change Password

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Notes

• Be sure to use a valid, accessible email address so you can receive account notifications and password reset links.

• For password updates, choose a strong password you don’t use elsewhere.
