How Do I Delete My TypeRacer Account?

⚠️ Warning: This Action Cannot Be Undone

Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, you will lose access to:

• Your race history (scores, stats, and achievements).

• Your personal profile and all associated data.

• Any purchases tied to your account, if applicable.

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please consider this carefully before continuing.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Navigate to your account settings

1. While logged in, click the ⚙️ gear icon at the top of the page.

2. Under the avatars section, select Account Settings.

3. Scroll to the bottom until you see the Danger Zone.

4. Click Delete Your Account.

This will take you to the deletion page:

Completing the Deletion

1. Carefully read the warning message.

2. Enter your password when prompted.

3. Submit the form.

Once completed, you’ll be logged out and your account will be scheduled for deletion. Please allow up to 48 hours for your profile to disappear completely.

After Deletion

• Your public profile will no longer be accessible.

• You will not be able to log in again.

• All account information will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

• It may take some time for search engines to update and remove cached results.
