How to Cancel Your Math Games Subscription (Step-by-Step Guide for Parents and Teachers)

Log in to Your Math Games Account

Make sure you are logged into the correct Math Games account with the active subscription. If you have multiple accounts, verify which one holds the subscription.

Go to Settings

Click on the ⚙️ icon next to your name in the top-right corner of the screen to open your user settings page.

Navigate to the Subscription Tab

In the settings page, locate and click on the 'Subscription' tab to view your subscription details. You can also directly access the subscription page here: Subscription Page (make sure you're logged in).

If you do not see a subscription option here, please contact support@mathgames.com.

Cancel or Update Your Subscription

You will now see your subscription details.

From here, you can update your billing information or click on 'Cancel Subscription' to proceed.

Follow Cancellation Prompts

Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts to confirm your decision. This will finalize the cancellation process.
- After canceling your subscription, you will have access for the time remaining you paid for until it eventually expires. All transactions for Math Games are NON-REFUNDABLE, please review our payment terms here: https://www.mathgames.com/payment-terms.html
- In order to avoid being charged fees for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your Subscription Account prior to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the last day of your current billing cycle.

How to Cancel Your Math Games Subscription through PayPal (Alternative Method)
If you're unable to log in to your Math Games account or prefer to manage your subscription via PayPal, you can also cancel your subscription this way. Follow these steps:

Log in to Your PayPal Account

Go to https://www.paypal.com and log in.

Navigate to Payment Settings

Click the ⚙️ gear icon in the top-right corner to open settings.

Find and click on the 'Payments' tab.

Scroll all the way down to 'Automatic payments' and click it.

Remove Payment Method

Scroll down to find Math Games under your automatic payments.

Click 'Remove PayPal as payment method' for Math Games.

You'll see a warning that says something like:

"Remove PayPal as your payment method. This will cancel your autopay for Math Games. Any pending transactions will still go through. You can manage this subscription at Math Games."

Click Remove to confirm.

Important Notes for Subscription Cancellation

Student Accounts: If you subscribed on a student account instead of a parent/teacher account, you will need to contact support@mathgames.com to cancel.

Non-Refundable Policy: Per our payment terms, all transactions are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation. Please review our Payment Terms for more information.

Access After Cancellation: After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will still have access to free features like assignments, selective games, and worksheets even after your subscription expires.
