When uploading students, and the page refreshes to "no file chosen" then that means you may have the wrong format.
Here is how to fix that.
1. Open the spreadsheet.
2. Go to File>Save As
3. Click on the file type for the dropdown, and select CSV (comma delimited).
4. Click on Save.
5. Then try uploading the file again.
