If you only have a mobile device available, here are directions on how to cancel:
1. Log in to the parent or teacher account with the subscription.
*If this is a student account, please contact our support team for assistance in cancellation.
2. Click on the purple profile icon:
3. Click on Settings:
4. Select Subscription:
5. Select Cancel Subscription:
6. Confirm that you will not have access to these features by selecting Continue.
7. Lastly, confirm the cancellation one more time by selecting Cancel Subscription. This is the RED button:
