How do I earn stars for my starboard?

1. First, to view your starboard, navigate to the star icon in the righthand corner:

How the grading works:
The symbols along the x-axis ( K-8 ) represent the grade level, and the subjects are listed along the y-axis. Each star has a number that represents how many stars you can earn for that grade and subject. When practicing your math skills, you can earn 5 stars per level. You can earn the full 5 stars by earning 100% on that skills level, and fewer stars for anything less than 100%. Each skill can have up to 4 levels.
