I have a subscription but my email was disabled or my email was changed. What can I do?

If you need to cancel or want to keep your subscription benefits, please contact us ASAP to cancel the subscription or transfer the subscription to a new account. You can contact the helpdesk here https://www.mathgames.com/contact-us.html or email us directly at [e-mail]. 

For cancellation, please make sure to provide the billing email address, if it's different from the one connected to the account. Please note, you are still responsible for your subscription and canceling prior to any billing dates.

For subscription transfer:

1. Create a new account with the email you would like to use.

2. Email us and provide the username and email of the original account, and the username and email address of the new account.

3. Let us know if you need any students, assignments, or progress to be transferred along with the subscription.
