There are a few reasons why you may not be seeing progress or finding an assignment for a student. This also applies to assessments. Please review the possible scenarios below:
1. Students are not logging into the correct accounts, or are not logging in at all:
This is one of the main reasons mentors are not seeing assignments or progress for their students. The student should be logging into the account that the mentor created for them or that is linked to the mentor's account.
Currently, student accounts can be created manually or imported via their Google email.
If you selected Add Student or added students using a CSV, students were created manually.

If you imported the students via Google Classroom, though, then the students should be using their Google email and password:
These students should select this option to login:
2. The student was not assigned to that particular assignment or assessment:
Check to make sure that a specific student was selected or is in the class you selected. Select the assignment or assessment to view the assigned students.
3. The student is completing the wrong skills:
*Only applicable to assignments.
Can you see any progress under the student if you click on their name on the student's table? If you see some progress, but it isn't showing in assignments it's because they're probably doing the wrong skills.

4. The student is trying to complete an assignment that has already EXPIRED:
*Assessments don't expire so not applicable.
Our system does not collect information for assignments that have already expired. If you want to give a student more time, you will either have to extend the due date BEFORE the assignment expires or recreate the assignment just for the student who needs more time.
5. You are expecting to see the best score:
Our assignments will only take the first score. Any additional attempts, will not be recorded.
If you have checked all these scenarios but are still having issues please contact support and provide both your account username/email and the student whose progress is missing username/email.
