There could be two possibilities for why this occurred:
1. You didn't finish the process:
Please check your email for a confirmation email to complete the registration process. If you didn't receive it, it might have gone to your spam or junk mail.
2. You used a different email address:
When signing up for a subscription, the form will ask you for an email. If you use a different email address than the one affiliated with your account, then the subscription will not be connected to the correct account. Please contact support ASAP if you need to have your subscription transferred to the correct account.
Make sure to include the email and username you used and the email and username you want it transferred to.
3. You accidentally subscribed on a student account.
Make sure to always attach the subscription to either the teacher or parent account. If you purchased on a student account, please contact support ASAP to transfer the subscription over.
