How do I cancel my TypeRacer Premium Subscription [Xsolla]

Important Note: This guide is only for people who subscribed to TypeRacer Premium after June 26, 2023. If you joined before this date, please use our old guide. If you bought the school version (universes), this guide won't work for you. You can follow the same old guide as well.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

Note About Xsolla: We use a service called Xsolla to handle our payments. They help us accept many different payment methods.

Step 1 - Find the Email: When you first signed up, you got an email from Xsolla. It has your purchase details and a special button to view and manage your subscription.

Step 2 - Go to Xsolla: We use a service called Xsolla to handle payments. You can get to your subscription page by clicking the button in the email. If you can't find the email, no worries. Just go directly to Xsolla's account page.

Step 3 - Enter Your Email: On the Xsolla page, put in the same email you used to sign up for TypeRacer Premium. Xsolla will then send you an email with a code.

Step 4 - Check Your Email Again: Open the email from Xsolla and use the code they sent you. This lets you see and manage your subscription.

Step 5 - Manage Your Subscription: Once you're in, you can see all your purchase details and cancel your subscription if you want to.
