How to report an issue with a skill?

Sometimes students encounter a bug or their answer was incorrectly flagged as wrong. 

When this happens, do not navigate away from the page. Instead, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Please let us know."

You'll get a pop-up that will prompt you to "pick a reason." Add a description. Then click on the robot check. Once you're all done, select Submit. 

If you need to add a screenshot, wait for the confirmation email, and you can attach a screenshot by replying directly to it.
