Are you having trouble resetting your password or logging in? Here are some tips!
1. Use the right login.
If you created the account with Google ID or Clever, you should be selecting Login with Google or Clever. Otherwise, if you created a manual account, use the mathgames login with your username and password. You cannot switch the login platform after creating your account.

2. Stray spaces.
Make sure when you're resetting the password or logging in, that you don't have a stray space before or after the username, email, or password. Below is an example of a stray space (highlighted in yellow) before the email when resetting the password. This can sometimes happen if you copy and paste the information.
3. Remember your username!
Sometimes users try to use their email in their login, but the login only accepts your username. Did you forget your username? Reset your password, and you'll receive an email with your username. *Does not apply to Google ID or Clever.
4. The login is case-sensitive.
The login is case-sensitive so make sure your caps lock is NOT on. Additionally, make sure you capitalize the right letters if you log in. If your username is "Apple" then "apple" would NOT work if you try to log in.
5. Clear your cache.
If you keep receiving the same error message no matter what you do, please try clearing your cache or using an incognito tab. The error message is likely just cached in your browser.
6. Reset the password.
This may seem like a given but even if you're positive about your password, please reset it first before anything. If you're not getting an email, make sure to check your junk or spam folder: https://teachmehelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014525594-How-do-I-reset-my-password-
You still can't log in or your email is not in our system? Might be one of the issues below:
7. You never attached an email.
Per COPPA regulations, we do not request emails for student accounts. You do have the option to add one but it is not required. If you never attached an email, then follow up with us with the exact username or the email of the parent or teacher account that was linked to the student account. Alternatively, you can create a new account with your current information.
8. You genuinely forgot the email you used, or you no longer have access to the email originally used.
If you forgot the email you used to create the account or you don't remember which method you used to create it. Please follow up with us with possible email addresses. If there is a subscription attached, we may need to also ask for billing information for verification.
